Membership form 2025
- New Members' dues are $30.00 per person, per year including a name badge that displays both first and last names.
- Renewal Membership dues for existing members (not includes a badge) are $20.00 per person.
- New name badges for existing members are $10.00 per person.
- To continue receiving Trilogy Wine Club communications and invitations to events existing memberships must be renewed by January 31, 2024.
- There will be no membership sign-up table during Tuesday's happy hour at the Kiva Club.
- The Offsite Waiver is required for participation in any Wine Club events that take place outside of Trilogy and they can be signed by visiting MTL to find the form.
